Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 789com strictly prohibits access to minors. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and winnings may be voided. Residency and Jurisdiction

789com is primarily designed for Pakistani players and accepts accounts from Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring that online betting is permissible under the laws applicable to them in their location. 789com does not accept responsibility for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited.

Personal Capacity

You must be registering on your own behalf — not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity. You must be of full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gambling register.

Account Registration and Management

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account with 789com. Having multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from 789com. This rule applies whether the accounts are at the same address, on the same device, or linked by the same payment method.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your email address, and your phone number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and gives 789com the right to void any associated bets or winnings and close the account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 789com account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 789com will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately. 789com is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login details.

KYC Verification

789com may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in funds being held until verification is complete.

Deposits — Rules and Accepted Methods

789com accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All deposit amounts on 789com are denominated in PKR and there is no currency conversion at any stage of the process. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 789com:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation. 789com does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

Section 4

Withdrawals — Process, Limits, and Conditions

789com is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following table summarises withdrawal terms by payment method:

All withdrawals at 789com must be made to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Withdrawals above Rs 10,000 require completed KYC verification before processing. 789com reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or unusual withdrawal patterns. Any withdrawal request found to be associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or multiple account usage may be rejected and the account referred for investigation.

Unclaimed Balances

If a 789com account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee after the dormancy period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Please log in to your 789com account regularly to keep it active.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 789com carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet in total before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 1,00,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The following rates apply at 789com unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Slots and crash games (Aviator, JetX): 100% contribution
• Sports bets at odds 1.80 or higher: 100% contribution
• Sports bets at odds below 1.80: 0% contribution
• Andar Bahar: 50% contribution
• Other live dealer table games: 10% contribution

Bonus Abuse

789com takes bonus abuse seriously. Practices including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploiting software errors, placing opposing bets using bonus funds to minimise risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions are all strictly prohibited. 789com reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds improperly obtained through bonus abuse.

Section 6

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 789com are subject to the following rules in addition to the market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing your bet. By placing a bet on 789com you confirm that you have read and accepted all applicable rules.

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A sports bet is not accepted until 789com has issued a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 789com reserves the right to refuse any bet, at any time, without providing a reason. Bets placed on markets that are suspended or closed will be voided and stakes returned. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 789com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result is determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is postponed but takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will usually stand. Specific void rules for individual sports and markets are displayed within the relevant market rules section on 789com.

In-Play Betting

789com offers live in-play betting on selected sports and events, including ball-by-ball markets for PSL and international cricket. In-play bets are accepted at the player's own risk in relation to events that may have already occurred. 789com cannot guarantee that live score data is real-time and accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of delayed data. If a result is already known at the time an in-play bet is accepted due to data latency, 789com reserves the right to void the bet.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets on 789com. The minimum single bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. 789com reserves the right to impose individual account limits where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate activity.

Section 7

Casino Games — Fairness and Rules

All casino games available on 789com — including slots, Andar Bahar, crash games, and live dealer games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer operations to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game's information panel.

789com is not responsible for any losses arising from playing casino games on the platform. All results are governed by chance. 789com does not employ any mechanism that allows it to manipulate outcomes in real time. Players are advised to review the rules of each individual game before playing, as game-specific rules take precedence over general casino rules where there is a conflict.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, 789com will attempt to restore the session to its state immediately before the malfunction occurred. Where this is not possible, the game round will be voided and the bet returned to the player. Prohibited Conduct

Section 11

Platform Changes, Interruptions, and Service Termination

789com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to adding or removing games, sports markets, payment methods, or promotional features. 789com will attempt to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance or significant changes where possible.

789com accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or the unavailability of specific features, including during live sports events or active gaming sessions. Players are advised not to rely on the continuous availability of any specific feature or market.

Account Closure by 789com

789com reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without giving a reason, provided that any outstanding real-money balance (after deducting pending withdrawals and any amounts owed to 789com) is returned to the player via their registered payment method. 789com will exercise this right proportionately and fairly, and will only use it in response to genuine concerns about terms violations, fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Section 12

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to your use of 789com, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 789com's internal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by emailing support@789com.world with the subject line "Formal Complaint."

789com will acknowledge any formal complaint within 48 hours and will aim to resolve it within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 789com's internal complaints procedure, you may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels in your jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules of any specific promotion or game as applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and 789com with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. No variation of these terms is effective unless confirmed by 789com in writing.
